摘　　要：散料输送设备安装后须测量设备重量和重心位置。由于设备整体称重无法得到下部固定结构和上部转台及俯仰结构的重量精确值,只能按理论统计推算获取比较粗糙的重心位置数据。本文提出一种可以精确求取回转俯仰式散料输送设备上、下部分重量及其重心位置的思路和计算方法。Measurement of the weight and the gravity center is important when installing the bulk material conveying equipment. Since it is hard to obtain the accurate weights of bottom mounting structure, superior turntable and pitch struc- ture correspondingly by directly weighing the whole equipment, gravity position data of these parts are usually crudely a- chieved by theoretical statistic calculation. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a calculating method to accu- rately acquire the weight and the gravity center of upper and lower parts of the rotary pitching equipment conveying bulk ma- terial .
