张家口口蘑中重金属含量的研究

摘　　要：用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对张家口三种口蘑中铅、镉、铜三种重金属含量进行了测定。在采用标准曲线法测定的同时，结合标准加入法进行结果验证，测定回收率在96％104％之间，验证结果表明实验数据误差小，灵敏度高。Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry Zhangjiakou three kinds of tricholoma of three heavy metal （Lead, cadmium and copper） contents were determined. The results show that the atomic absorption spectrometry has the merits of high sensitivity, less interference and easy detection. The recovery of the determination （96 %-104 %） proved a satisfactory results.
