益气熄风胶囊中挥发油的提取及其β-环糊精包合工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:优选益气熄风胶囊中挥发油的提取方法,并确定其β-环糊精的包合工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以收油量为评价指标优选挥发油的提取工艺,以包合物收率和油转化率的综合评分为评价指标优选挥发油的包合工艺。结果:挥发油最佳提取工艺为:10倍量水浸泡0.5 h,水蒸气蒸馏提取8 h;β-环糊精包合最佳工艺为:β-环糊精与挥发油的质量比8∶1,包合温度50℃,包合时间2 h。结论:优选的挥发油提取及包和工艺合理可行,且挥发油包合物的稳定性增加,可作为益气熄风胶囊中挥发油β-环糊精包合物的制备。Objective：To optimize the conditions of volatile oils extraction and β-cyclodextrin inclusion from Yiqi Xifeng Capsules. Methods：The extraction rate was used as the evaluation indexes to optimize extraction conditions based on orthogonal design,and the transformation rate of the volatile oils in inclusion complex and the yield of inclusion complex were used as the evaluation indexes to optimize inclusion conditions based on orthogonal design. Results：The optimal extraction conditions were as follows：the volume mass of water to crude drug being 10∶1,soaked for 0.5 hours and stream distilled for 6 hours. The optimal inclusion conditions were as follows：the mass ratio of β-cyclodextrin to oil being 8∶1,inclusion temperature at 50 ℃,and stirring for 2 hours. Conclusion：The optimal conditions for the extraction of volatile oils and β-cyclodextrin inclusion are steady and feasible,stability is improved,could prepare volatile oil extraction and β-cyclodextrin inclusion from Yiqi Xifeng Capsules.
