摘　　要："内伤脾胃、百病由生""脾胃为后天之本",辨证必溯源于脾胃。因而,"从脾论治"之法受到广泛重视,其临床疗效日益凸显,然其理论内涵仍有待系统阐释。该文旨在从理论基础、病因病机着手深入探讨"从脾论治"的理论内涵和学术价值。＂Kinds of diseases are caused by the invard hurting of spleen＂＂spleen being acquired constitution＂. On the basis of the above theory,syndrome differientiation must sources from spleen. Therefore,＂treatment from spleen＂is being paid much more attention in the process of Chinese medical therapy and had already shown clinical efficacy. However,the connovative meaning of this priciple haven＇t elucidated systematically. In this paper,the connovative meaning and academic value of＂treatment from spleen＂will be disccused according to theory foudation,the etiology and pathogenesis.
