凉血通瘀方各味药对脑出血作用研究

摘　　要：脑出血主要由瘀热阻窍而致,治疗时主要以凉血散瘀、通腑泄热为主。凉血通瘀方主要由水牛角、大黄、赤芍、牡丹皮、石菖蒲等八味药组成,其均有清热凉血、活血祛瘀、散瘀止痛、解毒消炎等作用,通过每味中药对脑出血的作用研究,讨论其整方对脑出血的作用,为凉血通瘀方治疗脑出血进一步研究做准备。Cerebral hemorrhage caused mainly by stasis and heat obstructing the orfice. Mainly to cool blood stasis and purge Fu-organs to eliminate heat based treatment. Liangxue Tongyu Decoction（LXTYF）is mainly constitute with buffalo horn,rhubarb,red peony,Paeonia,Acorus tafarinowii and so on. All of these have the effect of darifying heat and cooling blood,activating blood circulation and dissipating blood stasis,scattered stasis pain,detoxification and anti-inflammatory. By each herb＇s effect on study of cerebral hemorrhage,discuss the entire effect on LXTYD. Then,make the preparation for further study on cerebral hemorrhage of LXTYD.
