缬沙坦和冬虫夏草制剂联合治疗2型糖尿病肾病临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究缬沙坦和冬虫夏草制剂联合治疗对2型糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2型糖尿病肾病患者150例。按照随机数表法分为缬沙坦组和联合组,每组75例。常规降糖和控制血压治疗,缬沙坦组给予缬沙坦,联合组在给予缬沙坦的基础上给予冬虫夏草制剂。疗程90 d。观察两组患者临床疗效并比较治疗前后患者24 h尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、血脂、炎症因子水平及血压水平变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者24 h尿蛋白清除率、超敏C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α及血压比较均有显著意义(P<0.05),其他指标治疗后比较无统计学意义;联合组治疗有效率为93.33%,缬沙坦组为69.33%,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦和冬虫夏草制剂联合使用明显降低2型糖尿病肾病蛋白尿水平并改善炎症微环境,具有很好的临床疗效,值得在临床推广。Objective：To study effect of valsartan and cordyceps preparation in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods：150 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients were divided into valsartan group and combined group according to the random indicator method,75 cases of each group. Routine treatment control of hypoglycemic and blood pressure,valsartan group was given valsartan,combined group was given cordyceps preparation on the basis of valsartan. Treatment for 90 days. To observe clinical curative effect and compare the two groups patients before and after treatment in patients with 24 h urine protein clearance rate（UAER）and serum urea nitrogen（BUN）,serum creatinine（Scr）,blood lipid and inflammatory factor levels and blood pressure changes. Results：After treatment,compared with the patients of two groups of 24 h urine protein clearance,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor alpha and blood pressure were significant（P〈0.05）,other indexes after treatment is not significant;Combined treatment group effective rate was 93.33%,valsartan group was 69.33%,the comparison of two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Valsartan combined with cordyceps preparation could significantly lower a level of proteinuria in type 2 diabetic nephropathy and improve the inflammatory microenvironment,has the very good clinical curative effect,is worth popularizing in clinical.
