鸦胆子油乳对卵巢癌患者血清CA125、CA199及临床疗效影响研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨鸦胆子油乳对卵巢癌患者血清CA125、CA199及临床疗效的影响。方法：收集我院收治的卵巢癌患者18例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各9例,对照组患者采用PT化疗方案,具体采用紫杉醇和顺铂。实验组患者在此基础上给予鸦胆子油乳静脉滴注,20~30 m L/次,1次/d,化疗期间不间断应用。治疗连续8周。治疗结束后,对患者CEA、CA125、CA199以及临床疗效进行检测并比较。结果：与治疗前相比,治疗后患者的CEA、CA125、CA199水平均下降（P〈0.05）;与对照组相比,实验组患者的CEA、CA125、CA199水平较低,临床治疗总有效率较高（P〈0.05）。结论：鸦胆子油乳能够降低卵巢癌患者血清CEA、CA125、CA199水平,临床疗效较好,对临床有指导意义。Objective：To investigate the effect of Brucea javanica on CA125,CA199 in serum of patients with ovarian cancer and clinical efficacy. Methods：A total of 18 patients with ovarian cancer treated in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups,with 9 cases in each,control group patients were treated with paclitaxel and cisplatint,the patients in the experimental group on the basis of the given Brucea javanica oil emulsion for intravenous drip,200 m L/time,1 time/d,during chemotherapy uninterrupted applications. Treatment for 8 consecutive weeks. After the end of treatment,CEA,CA125,CA199 and clinical efficacy were detected and compared. Results：Compared with before treatment,after treatment with CEA,CA125 and CA199 levels were decreased（P〈0.05）;compared with the control group,patients in the experimental group CEA,CA125,CA199 level is low,clinical treatment,the total effective rate was higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Brucea javanica oil emulsion can reduce ovarian cancer serum CEA,CA125 and CA199 levels,clinical curative effect better,has directed significanle of dinical treatment.
