维生素B_1与氯酚红的分子吸收光谱及应用

摘  要:建立了简便、快速测定维生素B1(VB1)的分光光度法。在弱酸性条件下,适量的VB1与氯酚红(CHR)反应生成具有明显正、负吸收峰的红色离子缔合物,最大正、负吸收波长分别为428nm、572nm,表观摩尔吸光系数(ε)分别为2.33×10^4 L/(mol·cm)(正吸收)和6.79×10^4 L/(mol·cm)(负吸收)。VB1的浓度在0~6.0mg/L范围内遵从比尔定律。该方法简便、快速、有较高的准确度和灵敏度,可用于市售奶粉中VB1的测定。The chromogenic reaction between vitamin B1 and chlorophenol spectrophotometry. The maximum positive and negative absorption wavelength was at 428 nm and 572 nm, respectively. The apparent molar absorptivity(e) was 2.33 ×10^4 L/(mol. cm) (positive absorption) and 6.79 ×10^4 L/(mol·cm) (negative absorption) ,respectively. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-6.0 mg/L for vitamin B1. The method was applied to determine the content of vitamin B1 in market milk powder with the recovery andRSD(n=6) in the ranges of 98. 4%-101% and 1.5% 1.8% ,respectively.
