n-HA、Cortisomol两种糊剂在一次性根管治疗临床效果的对比

摘　　要：目的比较新型国产n-HA和法国碧兰公司生产Cortisomol两种糊剂在一次性根管治疗术后的临床效果。方法对本院门诊收治的适应一次性根管治疗术的153名患者,共221颗患牙,随机分为两组,分别采用Cortisomol糊剂加牙胶尖与n-HA糊剂加牙胶尖这两种根管充填材料进行一次性根管充填,并对两组术后7天、1年的临床疗效进行比较分析。结果治疗后7天术后疼痛反应率Cortisomol糊剂组较n-HA糊剂组略低,但无明显差异(P>0.05),1年的成功率n-HA糊剂组较Cortisomol糊剂组高,但无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 nHA糊剂和Cortisomol糊剂均为目前较理想的一次性根充材料。Objective To compare Cortisomol paste and n-HA paste in the postoperative pain and the therapeutic effects of one-visit root canal treatment. Methods 153 patients（221teeth）who required root canal filling therapy were recruited and randomly divided into Cortisomol paste group （107 teeth） and n-HA paste paste group （114 teeth） plus gutta-percha. The pain intensity was evaluated within 1 week,and the therapeutic ef- fects were assessed after 1 year. Results 1 to 7 days after treatment,the pain intensity in Cortisomol paste group was slightly lower than that in n- HA paste group, but the difference had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）,and the n-HA paste group showed better effect in periapical periodontitis patients than that in Cortisomol paste group, but the difference had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Cortisomol paste and n-HA pastes are currently ideal disposable root filling material,
