针刺治疗不安腿综合征的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价针刺治疗不安腿综合征（RLS）的临床效果。方法选取2012年7月至2015年JO月于黑龙江中医药大学附属第一、第二医院及哈尔滨现代中医药研究所就诊的54例RLS患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为观察组（28例）及对照组（26例），观察组头针施以“经颅重复刺激”足运感区，常规针刺安眠、足i里、阳陵泉、三阴交、太冲治疗；对照组给予美多芭（左旋多巴＋苄丝肼）75mg／次，1次／d，睡前15服；2组均治疗3周。评价治疗3周后2组临床疗效差异。结果观察组治愈16例，显效6例，好转4例，无效2例，总有效率为92．9％（26／28）；对照组治愈8例，显效5例，好转6例，无效7例，总有效率为73．1％（19／26）。观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针刺治疗RLS临床效果明显、总有效率高，优于口服美多芭。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of restless legs syndrome（RLS）. Methods Totally 54 patients with RLS from July 2012 to October 2015 in the First and Second Affilieated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine and Harbin Institute of Modern Chinese Medicine were randomly dvided into observation group（28 cases） and control group （26 cases）. The observation group was treated with＂ repetitive transcranial stimulation＂ on foot motor-sensory area and conventional acupuncture on aeupionts of Amnian, Zusanli, Yanglingquan, Sanyinjiao and Taichong. The control group was treated with madopar（levodopa and benserazide） 75mg/time, 1 time/d, orally, at bedtime. After 3 weeks of treatment, clinical effieacies were analyzed between groups. Results In observation group, 16 cases were cured, 6 cases were markedly improved, 4 cases were improved and 2 cases were ineffective; the total effective rate was 92.9% （26/28）. In control group, 8 cases were cured, 5 cases were markedly improved, 6 cases were improved and 7 cases were ineffective; the total effective rate was 73. 1% （19/26）. The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of RLS is significant and superior to oral madopar treatment.
