摘　　要：本文采用德尔菲专家预测方法,在分析平台运行的影响因素、平台建设目标的基础上,探讨文献平台绩效考核指标体系的建立,设立指标架构,推算指标权重,并通过实际应用验证指标体系的有效性。Using Delphi experts forecasting methods,the paper analyzed factors affecting the operation of the platform and the goal of platform- building,and then discussed the establishment of the platform performance evaluation index system,established the index framework,calculated weights,and practical application to verify system effectiveness.
