摘 要:基于330 MW和660 MW机组超低排放环保岛的实际情况和电厂基础数据调研,采用费用-效益分析方法开展不同机组超低排放环保岛经济性评估研究工作,同时结合情景设置,研究负荷、含硫量及年发电时间等关键因素变化对污染物脱除成本的影响。结果表明:660 MW机组相较于330 MW机组污染物脱除成本低,无需额外投入环保运行成本,吨煤污染物脱除成本减少12.955元;两机组环境效益均较好;增大机组运行时间、燃用高硫煤以及机组在高负荷率下运行,易于降低污染物脱除成本。The cost-benefit analysis method was used to study economic evaluation of ultra-low pollutants emission based on actual situation and survey basic data of 330 MW and 660 MW environmental protection island. Combined with the scene setting,the influences of key factors such as load,sulfur amount and annual power generation time on the cost of pollutant removal were researched simultaneously. The results showed that two units had good environmental benefits,compared with the 330 MW unit,tons of coal pollutants removal costreduced about 12. 955 RMB / t in 660 MW unit and no additional investment in environmental protection operation cost. Pollutants removal cost decreased obviously with increasing the unit operation time,burning high sulfur coal and operation under high load.
