摘  要:利用三维数值仿真软件AVL-FIRE,对双对置柴油机不同喷油时刻进行模拟计算。对比不同喷油提前角下,该样机缸内压力、燃烧累计放热量、燃油消耗率及氧含量浓度的变化情况。结果表明喷油时刻越早,单位喷油量的功率越大,因此比油耗降低,但爆发压力增加。实验测得该柴油机最大爆发压力的上限为16.8 MPa,350°CA可以作为合适的喷油始点。By using three-dimensional numerical simulation software AVL-FIRE to simulate the opposed piston opposed cylinder diesel engine at different injection timing. Comparison of different injection parameters,the change of in-cylinder mean pressure ,accumulative heat release ,fuel consumption rate and concentration of oxygen. The results show that the earlier of the fuel injection time, the larger of the power of the unit fuel injection quantity, and therefore the fuel consumption is lower, but the pressure increases. The experiment measured the diesel engine maximum explosion pressure of the upper limit is 16.8 MPa, arguing that 350° CA can be used as a suitable fuel injection starting point.
