摘　　要：综述了铁皮石斛保健食品研究开发的现状与特点,了解铁皮石斛产业发展现状。查阅相关文献,分析存在的主要问题,对铁皮石斛在开发利用方面存在的问题进行初步探讨,并提出了可持续发展的建议。The current situation and characteristics of DendrobitLm research and development as healthy food were reviewed, and the development situation of industly was understand. The main problems were analyzed, by relevanting literature, and the existing problems in the development and utilization of Dendrobium were preliminary studied. Moreover, the recommendations for sustainable development were put forward.
