摘　　要：第四军医大学进行了"以器官系统"为主线的教学改革,在整合基础医学课程的基础上实施了基础医学综合测试,但传统的纸笔考试采用的经典测试理论与整合课程的理念不匹配是亟待解决的问题。本文通过分析计算机自适应性测试的特点,提出该测试理论能够体现医学课程整合的理念,是医学考试的发展方向。The Fourth Military Medical University implemented an educational reform with the ＂organ system＂ as a main line, which applied integrative tests of basic medicine based on integrating the basic medicine curricula. But there was a problem that the classical test theories adopted by traditional paper-based testing did not match the idea of curriculum integration. This article analyzed the characteristics of computerized adaptive test and discussed its implementary feasibility for basic medicine integrative test. We considered that the test mode would be the future of the medical testing.
