高职院校“青马工程”与学生党建的衔接路径探析

摘　　要：高职院校"青马工程"在实施推进过程中的一个突出问题是未能纳入高校党建工作的总体范畴。鉴于"青马工程"与学生党建在培养目标、培养对象、培训内容和培养途径等方面具有较强的工作关联及内在一致性,应从党委统筹谋划、各方协同推进、完善跟踪培养等方面积极探索高职院校"青马工程"与学生党建相互衔接、协调推进的现实路径。It is an outstanding problem that Cultivation Project of Young Marxian have not been brought into the general category of Party construction in higher vocational colleges.In view of the working association and internal consistency at target,objects,contents and ways of training between Cultivation Project of Young Marxian and student Party construction,we should explore a cohesive and coordinate path between them by studying overall planning of Party committee,resultant force of all parties and perfect after-graduation cultivation.
