摘 要:针对增程式电动汽车研发过程中动力系统匹配及传动系统优化问题,以动力性指标和续驶里程为设计依据,对动力系统主要参数进行匹配,并利用遗传算法对传动系速比进行优化。通过Matlab/Simulink软件平台搭建定能量管理策略,AVL-Cruise软件建立整车仿真模型,为尽可能覆盖市区和市郊可能出现的工况,采用三种循环工况以及等速行驶工况,对匹配优化前后的动力系统进行动力性和续驶里程的联合仿真分析。结果表明,传动系统优化后可以降低能量消耗,匹配的动力系统参数合理,可满足该车的动力性及续驶里程要求,提高运行效率。In view of the problem of powertrain matching and optimizing for electric vehicle,according to the vehicle performance and driving range,the main parameters matching of powertrain was carried out,and the driving parameters were optimized with the genetic algorithm. Then a power management strategy was created on Matlab / Simulink,the vehicle simulation model was builted with the software AVL-Cruise. For covering the city and suburb of conditions as much as possible,by adopting three driving cycle defined in national standard and constant speed driving cycle respectively,simulations analysis of dynamic and driving range of the whole vehicle before and after optimization was conducted. The results demonstrate that the consumption of the REEV was reduced after optimization,the selection and parameters matching of powertrain are reasonable and it can meet the demand of the whole vehicle's driving performance and driving range.
