摘  要:针对现有3D虚拟环境中的吊装规划和动力学仿真等领域存在的动力学建模实时性差,吊装规划方案难以方便检验和快速修改等问题,首先建立吊装系统的动力学模型,并给出时域求解方法;依据吊装流程给出3D虚拟环境中的吊装规划方法;根据吊装过程分析的需要设计了虚拟环境中的吊装结果可视化分析过程,并开发了吊装过程规划与仿真系统,并在某型蒸汽轮机缸体的翻身过程中得到应用。结果验证了所提出方法的精度、速度、使用方便性和计算实时性。应用表明,提出的模型与方法可用于支持各类吊装过程的3D虚拟规划与仿真,仿真满足实时性的要求,吊装规划方案快速验证和修改十分方便,能够在重大件吊装的规划、仿真和分析中发挥作用。Aimed at the hardness of hoisting process planning and dynamic simulation in 3D virtual environment,such as real-time weakness,a dynamic model was first established,and then a solving algorithm in the time domain was proposed; According to the hoisting process,a planning method in the 3D virtual environment was put forward;Based on the requirement of post analysis,a corresponding module was designed. On the basis of all above,the dynamic simulation system of hoisting process in virtual environment was built,which has been applied in the rolling-over operation of steam turbine cylinder. The results affirm the precision,speed,convenience and real time requirement. The application shows that the model and method,which play an important part in the planning and simulation of complex hoisting process for major parts,can meet the planning requirements of real-time and convenience and,can be used to support 3D virtual programming and simulation of all kinds of hoisting processes.
