摘  要:为了解掺混正丁醇对柴油机颗粒表面官能团及氧化活性的影响,采用颗粒分级采样装置收集柴油机颗粒样品。运用软X射线近边吸收光谱等技术对正丁醇质量掺混比分别为0、5%、10%的正丁醇/柴油燃烧颗粒(N0、N5、N10)表面官能团及氧化活性开展研究。结果表明,颗粒表面官能团主要为芳香烃C=C、C—H与碳酸盐类/羰基C=O官能团,其中C=C键的吸收峰强较大。随着正丁醇质量掺混比的增加,C=C键的吸收强度减弱,燃料不完全燃烧产生的多环芳烃和石墨碳含量逐渐减少。N0、N5、N10燃烧颗粒表面脂肪族C—H官能团的当量峰高I_(C-H)/I_(C=C)分别为1.7、2.2、2.6,随正丁醇质量掺混比的增加而逐渐增大,形成的颗粒表面脂肪族C—H含量增加。颗粒的活化能随着正丁醇掺混比的增加而逐渐减小,颗粒的氧化活性增强,易于发生氧化燃烧反应。To understand the influence of n-butanol on the surface functional groups and oxidation activity of diesel engine particles, particle size sampling device was used to collect the diesel engine particles. Different n-butanol quality mixing ratios of 0, 5%, 10% n-butanol/diesel combustion particles(N0, N5, N10) were carried out the experimental study on the surface functional groups and oxidation activity by using the technique of soft X-ray near-edge absorption spectroscopy and so on. The results show that the surface functional groups of particles are mainly aromatic hydrocarbons C=C, C — H and carbonate/carbonyl C=O functional groups. Among these groups, the absorption peak of C=C bond is stronger. With the increase of n-butanol proportion, the absorption intensity of C=C bond is weakened. The PHAs and graphite carbon contents gradually reduce that are produced by incomplete combustion of fuel. The equivalent peak ratio(I_(C-H)/I_(C=C)) of aliphatic C—H groups of N0, N5 and N10 combustion particles are 1.7、2.2、2.6 respectively. With the increase of n-butanol ratio, the equivalent peak ratio increases, and the content of aliphatic C — H increases gradually. The activation energy of particles decreases with the increase of n-butanol proportion, and the oxidation activity of particles increases which is prone to oxidation combustion reaction.
