多发性皮肤平滑肌瘤1例

摘　　要：患者男,31岁。双下肢红色丘疹并结节11年余,加重伴疼痛4年。系统检查未见异常。皮损组织病理学诊断为多发性皮肤平滑肌瘤。予每天口服硝苯地平片20mg,后结节变小,疼痛消失。随访1年,疼痛未见复发,结节未见增大。A 31-year old male presented with red papules and nodules on both the lower limbs over the 11 years and painful large nodules for 4 years. Systemic examination showed no abnormalities. Histopathologic examination revealed multiple cutaneous piloleiomyomas. Nodules became smaller and the pain disappeared after oral nifedipine tablets at a daily dose of 20mg. During the 1-year follow up, there were neither recurrence of pain, nor en- largement of the nodules.
