摘  要:目的:考察不同浓度乙醇对当归保肝活性成分超声提取的影响。方法:以阿魏酸含量和当归多糖含量作为考察指标,采用单因素试验分别考察20%,30%,40%,50%,60%及70%梯度浓度的乙醇对当归保肝活性成分超声提取的影响。结果:以30%乙醇为溶剂时取得了较好的效果,超声提取最佳条件为加12倍的30%乙醇,60℃超声提取4次,每次1.5 h。结论:以30%乙醇作为溶剂超声提取当归保肝活性成分最佳。Objective: To investigate the impact of ethanol at different concentrations on liver protection active components in Angelica sinensis extracted by ultrasonic wave. Methods: Ferulic acid and Angelica sinensis polysaccharide were determined as the indices,the ethanol concentration in the ultrasonic extraction was optimized by single factor experiments. Results: The optimum ethanol concentration of ultrasonic extraction was 30%. The optimized ultrasonic extraction conditions were adding 12-fold amount of 30% ethanol,and ultrasonically extracted for four times with 1. 5 h each time. Conclusion: The ultrasonic extraction of liver protection active components in Angelica sinensis with 30% ethanol is reasonable and practicable.
