摘　　要：求证实践教学对提高学生就业能力的实效性,是推进实践教学进一步创新的依据。以湖南省四所高校行政管理专业2011、2012级学生和2014届毕业生为问卷调查对象,分析各种实践教学方式对提高学生就业能力的实际效果,提出未来实践教学创新的基本方向。To estimate the practical effect of students＇ practice on their placement ability is to provide a basis for further development of practical teaching. This study has conducted a survey among administration majors who graduated from four universities in Hunan Province in 2011, 2012 and 2014. On the basis of the survey results, this study analyzes the impacts of various practice courses on the placement ability of administration majors, it further gives suggestions on the reforms of the practice courses in the future.
