摘 要:目的探讨吉林省三甲医院导管室护士工作压力源与工作倦怠、工作投入之间的相关性。方法应用工作压力源量表、工作倦怠量表、工作投入量表对68名导管室护士进行问卷调查。结果导管室护士工作压力源总分(2.91±0.43)分,其中工作量与时间分配问题方面的压力源得分最高。在工作倦怠量表中情绪衰竭,工作状态评分中度的护士,工作压力源与工作投入成负相关性(P<0.05)。结论导管室护士工作压力较大,管理者应找到减轻护士工作压力及倦怠感的方法,促进导管室护士的职业心理卫生健康发展。Objective To investigate the relevance of job stressors with job burnout and job engagement among the medical staffs working in catheterization room.Methods Asked 68 medical staffs working in catheterization room to complete the questionnaire survey by using Job Stressor Scale,Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS) and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-9).Results The total score of Job Stressor Scale was (2.91 ±0.43),in which work volume with time distribution ranks highest.In MBI-GS,the proportion of staffs with the median score of emotional exhaustion,there was negative correlation between the job stressor and job engagement (P <0.05).Conclusion The medical staffs working in catheterization room suffer from heavy job stress and job burnout,and their job engagement is in low level.The management should take measures to relief job stressor and job burnout of medical staffs to make them work with positive attitude,thus promoting their psychological health.
