摘  要:目的分析护理本科生自我职业生涯管理状况,提出辅导需求及影响因素,对护理本科生实施个体化、全程化及专业化的职业生涯规划辅导模式。方法对500例护理本科生职业生涯的现状进行问卷调查分析,计数资料采用方差分析;计量资料应用t检验;等级资料采用秩和检验;应用软件SPSS 17.0对数据进行分析,P<0.05为差别有统计学意义。结果在校学习护生与在院实习护生的职业规划认知程度不高,导致的原因多有不同,可概括为5个方面。结论学校与实习医院均应根据本身的环境对职业生涯规划课程模式进行改变。Objective Analyze the nursing undergraduate career management condition,we will put forward the guidance and influence factors.To the nursing undergraduate we will imply individual and whole way and professional career guidance.Methods To research and analyze 500 cases of questionnaires about nursing undergraduates career condition.We apply analysis of variance model to this count data,using t tests the measurement data,and for the ranked data we inspect in sum of ranks way.We use the application software SPSS 17.0 to analyze this data,P <0.05 that means the difference has obvious statistical significance.Results Both the nurses in school and in hospital do not have a clear career planning.And many ways lead this result,In general,divide these causes into five reasons.Conclusion The school and the internship hospital should change the career planning curriculum according to the environment change.
