摘  要:对29份外观正常的奶牛生乳乳样进行乳品质分析和细菌学检测,利用16SrDNA序列分析鉴定乳样中分离的菌株,并进行14种药物的敏感性试验。结果表明,10份乳样有细菌检出,其中4份乳样中分离得到洛菲不动杆菌;药物敏感性结果表明,洛菲不动杆菌对复方新诺明具有较强的耐药性;乳品质分析结果表明,该4份乳样体细胞数(SCC)偏高,乳成分和部分理化性质与其他正常乳无明显区别。In this study,29 samples of dairy raw milk milk with normal appearance were tested for the milk quality and the bacteriology inspection. The bacteria was isolated from the normal milk sample and identificated by the 16S rDNA sequence analysis,and then,the sensitivity test of 14 kinds of anti- biotics was performed. The results showed that among 29 milk samples, 10 milk samples contained bacteria, and Acinetobacter lwoffii was isolated from 4 milk samples. The sensitive of antibiotics test indicated that Acinetobacter lwoffii was resistant to cotrimoxazole. The milk composition showed that these 4 milk samples had higher somatic cell count(SCC)than the other samples,while the other composition and the physical and chemical properties were similar to other milk samples.
