摘  要:儒家"均平"思想是传统文化中"均平"思想的主流,"调均"是其主调。先秦诸多思想家、政治家都有"均平"的思想,而儒家最为系统、深刻。董仲舒的"调均"思想使得"均平"思想儒学化,是儒家"均平"思想的创造性发展。更化、调均、善治,推行并体现仁政德治,是董仲舒政治思想的逻辑和归宿。"调均"思想体现了儒家的公平观,对于防止和反对贫富两极分化、践行中道、实现和谐具有积极的警示意义。"调均"是中国文化的优秀传统,是增强文化自信的重要思想资源。The Confucian discourse on'junping'( balancing and equalizing; fairness) and its key idea of'tiaojun'( balancing through right adjustment) constitute the mainstream of traditional Chinese thinking on the subject.Confucians' profound and systematic version of 'junping'thought stood out from versions belonging to other schools of thinkers and politicians during the pre-Qin period,but it was Dong Zhong-shu's doctrine of'tiaojun',a further development of'junping'thought,that fully incorporated the latter into the framework of Confucian values. The fundamental logic and ultimate goal of Dong Zhong-shu's political thinking lay in his ideas concerning such topics as innovation,'tiaojun',good governance,benevolent governance,and rule by virtue. The concept of 'tiaojun'reflects Confucianism's principle of fairness and justice and can,in modern society,serve to prevent excessive wealth and poverty,implement the doctrine of the mean,and achieve the ideal of harmony. In a word,it is an integral part of those excellent traditions in Chinese culture which can enhance people's cultural confidence.
