Studying on the cooperative governance of foreign medical insurances

摘　　要：文章从4种医疗保险模式出发,选取了几个具有代表性的国家,从其国家-市场-社会关系角度分析医疗保险体制下政府、医疗保险方、医疗服务提供方及其协会组织的职能及相互作用。同时由于中国实行社会医疗保险制度,我们重点分析德国、法国及荷兰的医疗保险体制,并根据中国的实际提出相应思考。Based on four kinds of medical insurance models, several representative countries were selected to analyze the function and interaction among the government, medical insurances, medical services providers and their associations under medical insurance system in view of country-market-society relationship. Considering the social health insurance system implemented in China, medical insurance system in Germany, France and Holland was focused on. Based on which, some suggestions were put forward.
