肝胆管囊腺瘤及囊腺癌的多层螺旋CT诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT扫描在肝胆管囊腺瘤及囊腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾分析及总结9例肝胆管囊腺瘤及囊腺癌病例的临床资料及多层螺旋CT(MSCT)图像资料,其中囊腺瘤6例,囊腺癌3例。结果本组9例病灶均表现为单发囊性占位,其中7例位于肝左叶,2例位于肝右叶,病灶呈圆形或类圆形,多房者呈分叶状或趋于分叶,病灶边缘光整。6例囊腺瘤中,多房伴分隔5例,囊壁及分隔菲薄,3例囊壁可见细小壁结节;囊液密度均匀,其中1例表现为各房密度不一。结论肝内胆管囊腺瘤及囊腺癌的多层螺旋CT表现及动态增强具有一定的特征性,对术前诊断具有重要价值。Objective To investigate the application of multi-slice spiral CT scanning in hepatobiliary cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma diagnosis application value. Methods Retrospective analysis and summary of 9 cases of hepatobiliary cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma cases clinical data and multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT） image data, including 6 cases of cystadenoma cystadenocarcinoma, 3 cases. Results The 9 cases lesions showed single cystic space occupying, 7 cases located in the left lobe of liver, 2 cases were located in the right lobe of the liver, the lesions were round or oval, multilocular lobulated or tends to leaf, lesion edge finishing. 6 cases of cystadenoma, multilocular with separated in 5 cases, cystic wall and septum thinning, 3 cases of cyst wall visible small wall nodules, cyst fluid density is uniform, which 1 case performance is the real density. Conclusion Intrahepatic tube cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma multislice spiral CT manifestations and dynamic enhancement has certain characteristics, preoperative diagnosis is of important value.
