摘　　要：目的研究癫痫并发偏头痛患者的临床特征。方法选择本院治疗的28例患有癫痫并发偏头痛的患者作为实验组,选择同一时期治疗的单纯癫痫患者28例为对照组进行比较。结果实验组患者在发作频率以及病程等环节和对照组进行对比,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论患有癫痫并发偏头痛的患者诊治的难度比较大,应全方位诊查与探究其临床特点,对后续的治疗以及提升患者生存质量可起到重要作用。Objective To study the clinical characteristics of patients with epilepsy and migraine. Methods 28 patients with epilepsy and migraine were selected in our hospital as the experimental group, and 28 patients in the same period were selected as the control group. Results The patients in the experimental group were compared with the control group in frequency and duration of attack, the difference was statistically significant, that is, P0.05. Conclusion The difficulty of diagnosis and treatment of epileptic patients with migraine patients with relatively large, full range of inspecting and explore its clinical characteristics, to follow-up treatment and improve the patients quality of life can play to an important role.
