尼莫地平对改善老年痴呆患者记忆功能及神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察尼莫地平对改善老年痴呆患者记忆功能及神经功能的影响。方法选取来我院治疗的老年痴呆120例患者,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予盐酸吡硫醇治疗,观察组给予尼莫地平治疗,两组均治疗3个月,对比两组治疗前后记忆功能(WMS)、认知功能(Mo CA)改善情况。结果治疗后,两组WMS、Mo CA评分均较治疗前显著提高,观察组WMS、Mo CA评分分别为(78.2±3.9)分、(25.1±2.7)分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用尼莫地平治疗老年痴呆,可显著改善患者记忆功能及神经功能,疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of nimodipine on the improvement of memory function and neurological function in senile dementia patients. Methods 120 cases of senile dementia treated by our hospital were selected, random grouping, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given pyritinol hydrochloride treatment, the observation group was given nimodipine treatment, two groups were treated for 3 months, comparison of the two groups before and after the treatment of memory function（WMS）, cognitive function（Mo CA） to improve the situation. Results After treatment, the two groups of WMS, Mo CA scores were significantly improved compared with before treatment, the WMS and Mo CA scores of the observation group were（78.2±3.9） and（25.1±2.7） were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Application of nimodipine in the treatment of senile dementia, can significantly improve the patient＇s memory function and neurological function, the curative effect is remarkable.
