表柔比星联合卡培他滨治疗三阴性乳腺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨表柔比星联合卡培他滨治疗三阴性乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院肿瘤科2012年1月—2015年1月之间收治78例三阴性乳腺癌患者的临床治疗资料进行了回顾性分析,对照组行柔比星治疗,实验组行表柔比星联合卡培他滨治疗,对两组三阴性乳腺癌患者临床资料进行统计分析。结果实验组临床治疗后VEGF-C水平为(6 012.4±214.4)ng/L,对照组临床治疗后VEGF-C水平为(5 904.0±132.5)ng/L,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三阴性乳腺癌患者接受表柔比星联合卡培他滨治疗,具有较为满意的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of three negative breast cancer patients treat-ed with the combination of table and flexible. Methods Convenient selection the author of our hospital January 2012 to 2015 between January from 78 patients with triple negative breast cancer patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, Compared with the control group, the experimental group was treated with the combination of the two groups, and the clinical data of three negative breast cancer patients with two negative breast cancer were statistically analyzed. Results The level of VEGF-C in the experimental group was （6 012.4 ± 214.4） ng/L, the VEGF-C level was（5 904 ± 132.5） ng/L in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with triple negative breast cancer received soft table than star union card capecitabine treatment and has a satisfactory therapeu-tic effect.
