摘 要:目的 比较Tip—EdgePlus差动直丝弓技术和MBT直丝弓技术治疗安氏Ⅱ错[牙合]畸形引起牙根吸收的差异。方法分别采用Tip—EdgePlus和MBT技术治疗恒牙初期安氏Ⅱ错[牙合]畸形,每组32例,伴有Ⅲ度深覆猞深覆盖病例,上颌均拔除双侧第~双尖牙,下颌拔除第一或第二双尖牙。治疗前后拍上下颌切牙根尖片并进行根吸收分级评价,对资料进行统计分析。结果治疗后两组患者上下颌切牙牙根出现不同程度吸收,两组之间上下颌中切牙或侧切牙牙根吸收差别无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论恒牙初期Tip.EdgePlus技术和MBT技术治疗安氏Ⅱ错[牙合]畸形引起的上下颌切牙根吸收无差异。Objective To compare the apical root resorption in Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion treated by Tip- Edge Plus and MBT techniques. Methods A total of 64 Angle Ⅱ malocclusion patients with severe overbite and overjet in the early permanent dentition were included in this study. Thirty-two patients were treated with Tip-Edge Plus and the other 32 were treated with MBT straight wire technique. The apical root radiographs of upper and lower incisors were taken before and after treatment. The apical root resorption score was recorded. The data were statistically analyzed. Results Apical root resorption was found in maxillary and mandibular incisors in Tip-Edge Plus and MBT groups after treatment. There was no significant difference in the incidence of apical root resorption between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The incidence of incisal apical root resorption in Angle Ⅱ malocclusion patients treated by Tip-Edge Plus and MBT techniques was similar.
