冷光美白技术对四环素牙和增龄性外源着色牙的色度学疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较冷光美白技术对四环素牙和增龄性外源着色牙的色度学临床治疗效果。方法本研究包括增龄性外源着色牙组28例,四环素牙组20例,进行冷光美白治疗。用16色Vita比色板自然光下目测比色及Crystaleye全牙测色型比色仪进行美白治疗前、后牙齿颜色的对比。结果治疗后2组视觉评价均有治疗效果,变色牙齿均有一定程度的颜色变化,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后变色牙色差明显改变,统计学分析表明,2组L值升高,b值,a值降低(P<0.05)。四环素牙牙颈部的△E值和△L值较增龄性外源着色牙变化大(P<0.05)。四环素牙组治疗前、后颈部与体部,颈部与切端的色差值变化有显著性差异(P<0.05),色差减小。结论冷光美白技术对四环素牙和增龄性外源着色牙均有显著效果,尤以改善四环素牙颈部的深着色更佳。Objective To evaluate the colorimetric effect of cold-light whitening technique on the tetracycline pigmentation teeth and aged exogenous stain teeth. Methods Forty-eight patients with discolored teeth（20 with tetracycline pigmentation teeth and 28 with aged exogenous stain）were treated by cold-light whitening. The change of teeth co/or after treatment was evaluated by Olympus crystaleye spectrophotometer device and compared between the two groups of patients. Results The teeth in both groups were whitened to some extent. Statistical analysis showed that a and b values were decreased and L value was increased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The A E and △ 1 values of the tetracycline pigmentation teeth cervix changed more significantly than that of the aged exogenous stain teeth （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Cold-light whitening technique was an effective method for the treatment of tetracycline pigmentation teeth and aged exogenous stain teeth and the effect was more obvious for the tetracycline pigmentation tooth cervix.
