摘　　要：中链脂肪酸（MCFAs）是指含有6～12个碳原子的饱和脂肪酸，具有碳链短、分子较小、极性和水溶性较高等特点。其在动物体内的消化、吸收、转运、氧化等都具有特点，可以起到迅速供能、改善脂肪沉积、抑菌及调整肠道菌群和结构等作用。文章简要介绍了MCFAs及其在鸡养殖中的研究进展和应用现状，为其应用研究提供理论基础。Medium chain fatty acids （MCFAs）refers to saturated fatty acids containing 6 to 12 carbon atoms,with short carbon chain, small molecules, polarity and high water-soluble characteristics. It has significant features in vivo digestion, absorption, transport and oxidation. MCFAs can quickly supply energy, decrease fatty deposition, regulate the intestinal flora and gut structure. This article briefly introduced MCFAs and its application in chicken breeding,in order to lay a theoretical foundation for its application.
