摘　　要：致心律失常右心室心肌病（ARVC）是一种慢性、进行性的遗传性心肌病,是看似健康的年轻人心脏性猝死的原因之一,估计发病率为1∶1 000-1：5 000,猝死可为其首发症状。ARVC在出生时可有罕见心肌病变。最近的知识已将其归类为遗传决定的进展型心肌病。Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy （ARVC） is a chronic, progressive, heritable cardiomyopathy and is one of the leading causes of sudden unexpected cardiac death in young, apparently healthy individuals. Prevalence of ARVC is estimated to be 1：1000-1：5000 and sudden death may be the first symptom of disease. Myocardial alterations are rarely detected at birth and recent knowledge has classified the condition as a genetically determined progressive cardiomyopathy.
