摘　　要：检验医师是临床与实验室沟通的重要桥梁,临床沟通能力是检验医师规范化培训的一个重要环节。通过对检验医师临床沟通能力的培养要求、临床沟通模式及临床沟通能力的管理与考核模式的长期探索,总结检验医师临床沟通能力培养的经验,为国家的检验事业培养优秀的检验医师。The residents in laboratory physician is a bridge between clinical and laboratory.The system of the communication with clinical is one of the most important part of the standardized residency training. We introduced the training mode and assessment system of the clinical communication and made long tentative for culturing excellent residents in laboratory physician for the laboratory medicine and the national health.
