摘 要:针对战斗部高速侵彻多层硬目标时,时域内出现的加速度信号粘连影响引信计层准确性的问题,提出通过传感器二次封装降低侵彻计层信号粘连,而选择灌封材料的原则是提高振动模型的阻尼比;弹性模量相对较高、阻尼系数与刚度系数比值较大的灌封材料可以获得更高的阻尼比;仿真及试验表明:与石蜡相比,用环氧树脂灌封使振动模型阻尼比增大,战斗部高速侵彻多层硬目标时加速度信号衰减迅速、信号粘连程度降低,实现引信计层准确性的提高。For the problem that acceleration signal appears in time domain impacts accuracy issue of blocking layer of fuze meter when warhead penetrated multi-warhead hard targets in high-speed,the second package of the sensor was proposed to reduce meter penetration adhesion layer signal,and the selection potting material principle was to improve the damping ratio of the vibration model. The modulus of elasticity is relatively high and potting material with large damping and stiffness coefficient ratio can achieve higher damping ratio. Simulation and experiments show that:compared with paraffin,the vibration model damping ratio increases with epoxy potting,and the acceleration signal attenuation rapidly when warhead penetrated multi-warhead hard targets in high-speed,and the degree of adhesion signals is reduced,which realizes the improvement of accuracy of fuze meter level.
