摘　　要：目的深入了解低年资护士发生针刺伤的原因及心理感受,以期为制定针对性的干预措施提供参考。方法 2015年1-6月,采用目的抽样法,选择第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院发生过针刺伤的15名低年资护士为研究对象,采用现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式访谈,现场录音,根据Colaizzi的7步分析法对资料进行分析,提炼主题。结果低年资护士发生针刺伤的原因及心理感受可归纳为2个类属(发生针刺伤的原因及心理感受)5个主题(缺乏职业安全防护意识、违反操作流程或原则、恐惧、怨愤及上报流程繁琐)。结论护理管理者应针对低年资护士发生针刺伤的原因及主要心理问题采取干预措施,加强职业安全教育,完善上报流程及制度,以避免或减少针刺伤的发生。Objective To deeply understand the real psychological experience and reasons of needle stick injuries in junior nurses, in order to provide reference for targeted interventions.Methods By using purposive sampling method, 15 nurses were selected and investigated by semi-structured interview with on-site record,and thewere analyzed by Colaizzi 7 steps method,the themes were extracted.Results Five themes belonging to two classes （reasons and psychological feelings） were extracted： lack of occupational safety awareness, violates the operation process or principles, fear, anger and complex reporting process. Conclusions Nursing manager and nursing staffs should take targeted interventions on the main psychological problems of junior nurses, enhance occupational safety awareness, and restructuring the reporting process, thus to avoided or reduce the incidence of needle stick injuries.
