摘  要:目的对比两种方法建立犬脑积水模型并进行评估。方法选取40只成年犬随机分为实验组、对照组,实验组使用硅油注入第四脑室,对照组使用白陶土注入第四脑室,术前、术后均行头部CT检查确认。结果实验组成功获得脑积水模型15例(75%),对照组成功获得脑积水模型8例(40%),两组成功率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经枕大池穿刺注射硅油建立的脑积水模型简便易行、重复性和稳定性好,适用于脑积水的实验研究。Objective Two hydrocephalus models in dogs were established and evaluated, Methods Forty healthy adult mongrel dogs were randomly divided into control and experimental group with 20 in each. Experimental dogs were injected silicone oil into the fourth ventricle through a silicone tube, while the dogs in control group were injected kaolin suspension. All the dogs were given CT and neurological examination to exclude congenital ventricular enlargement and neurological abnormity before and after hydrocephalus induction. Results The experimental group got hydrocephalus model in 15 cases (75%) successfully, and the control group got hydrocephalus model in 8 cases (40%). There were significant difference in success rate between two groups (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The dog model of hydrocephalus induced by the injecting of silicone oil into the fourth ventricle has a higher success rate which is suitable for the studies.
