后牙区不同冠根比短种植体单冠修复的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察后牙区不同冠根比（CIR）短种植体的临床效果。方法选择2011年12月～2013年3月我院收治的97例后牙区短种植体修复患者，共植入154颗短种植体且为单冠修复，根据CIR分组：A组0≤CIR≤1．0，B组I〈CIR〈2．0，C组CIR≥2．0。随访36个月，分别记录不同组种植累计存留率、修复机械并发症及年均种植体周围边缘骨吸收量，并进行统计学分析。结果随访3年期间，154颗短种植体累计存留率为95．4％；各组短种植体累计存留率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。各组机械并发症与年均种植体周围边缘骨吸收量比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论后牙区不同CIR的短种植修复存留率差异无统计学意义，均能获得良好的临床效果，但长期效果仍需观察。Objective To observe the clinical effects on posterior region of the crown root ratio （CIR.） of different short implants.Methods 97 patients with 154 short implants of single-restoration in posterior from December 2011 to March 2013 were included in the study.All were divided into 3 groups by its CIR：group AO≤ CIR≤ 1.0,group B1〈CIR〈2.0, group C CIR ≥2.0.During 36 months after restoration,the patients were detected cumulative survival rate,mechanical complication and marginal bone level around the implant.Results During the follow-up period of 3 years,the cumulative survival rate of 154 short implants was 95.4%,and there was no significant difference among the groups （P〉0.05）.There was no significant difference in mechanical complications and marginal bone level around the implant among the groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Remaining posterior area different CIR short implant rate bad no significant difference,can obtain good clinical effect,but the long-term effect remains to be seen.
