摘  要:采用低成本API胶黏剂对人造板、木材等进行贴面,可解决含醛胶黏剂引起的甲醛污染及乳液耐水性等问题。本研究在调胶时,加入聚氨酯内脱模剂,可有效解决在贴面过程中因API胶黏剂透胶引起的粘板问题。试验表明,聚氨酯内脱模剂用量为API胶黏剂主剂质量分数的0.25%时,可解决因API胶黏剂透胶引起的聚脂膜做垫板的粘板问题;聚氨酯内脱模剂用量为API胶黏剂主剂质量分数的0.5%时,可解决因API胶黏剂透胶引起的金属垫板的粘板问题。This paper present an effective solution to the problem of formaldehyde pollution and emulsion water-fast for the formaldehyde-adhesive which caused by the penetration of API low cost adhesive from veneer, when it is used to overlay the wood-based panels or wood, meanwhile the API was between the veneer and the wood by hot-pressing process. This test results indicate that the problem was solved by adding polyurethane inner release agent in the process of mixing glue. When the amount of polyurethane inner releaseing agent was 0.25% of the main agent mass fraction of API adhesive, the sticking board problem of polyester film base plate was solved; when the ratio was 0.5%, the sticking board problem of metal plate was solved.
