铁路货运向现代物流企业转型的思考

摘　　要：我国铁路物流处于快速成长阶段,根据现阶段铁路物流存在的两端物流服务有待提升、货流和车流不够协同、优势资源没有发挥效力、运营模式创新力度不够、物流信息技术应用不足、管理现状滞后于物流发展6个主要问题,提出强化两端物流服务、协调货流与车流、整合物流资源、创新发展驱动、建立物流集成服务平台、突破转型升级6条铁路货运向现代物流企业转型的建议。China Railway is under the stage of rapid development till the present moment, and in order to solve six major problems in railway including first-mile and last-mile logistic services need to be improved, freight flow and car flow need to be coordinated, the inadequate application of recourse advantages, the operation mode needs to be innovated, the information technology needs to be fully applied, and the management lags behind logistic development, this paper puts forward proposals for transformation from railway freight transportation enterprise to modern logistic company including strengthening first-mile and last-mile logistic services, coordinating between freight flow and car flow, integrating logistic resource, innovating logistic development, establishing integrated logistic service platform and making breakthrough for transformation and upgrading.
