奥氮平对首次发病精神分裂症患者血清叶酸、同型半胱氨酸和脑源性神经营养因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨奥氮平治疗对首次发病精神分裂症患者血清叶酸（FA）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）和脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）水平的影响。方法：给予首发精神分裂症患者（研究组,48例）奥氮平单药治疗12周;治疗前后检测血清FA、Hcy和BDNF水平,并与健康对照者（对照组,45人）比较。结果：治疗前研究组血清BDNF、FA水平明显低于对照组,Hcy明显高于对照组（t=4.912,10.544,8.250;P均〈0.05）;治疗后血清BDNF、FA明显高于治疗前,Hcy明显低于治疗前（t=3.340,10.567,7.716;P均〈0.05）;与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（t=0.378~0.920）。结论：奥氮平治疗对精神分裂症患者血清FA、Hcy和BDNF水平均有积极影响。Objective ：To explore the effects of olanzapine on the levels of serum folic acid （ FA）, homocysteine （Hcy）, brain-derived neurotrophic factor（BDNF） in first-episode schizophrenic patients. Method： The first-episode schizophrenic patients （study group, 48 cases） were treated with olanzapine for 12 weeks. Before and after treatment, the levels of serum FA, Hey and BDNF were detected and compared with healthy controls（control group,45 cases）. Results： Before the treatment, the levels of serum BDNF, FA in study group were significantly lower and Hcy was significantly than higher than the control group the control group（ t = 4. 912, 10.544, 8. 250 ;all P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment,the levels of serum BDNF, FA in the study group were significantly increased, and Hcy was significantly reduced than before treatment （t = 3. 340, 10. 567, 7. 716;all P 〈 0.05 ）;and all of them had no significant difference compared to the control group （t = 0. 378- 0. 920）. Conclusion ： Olanzapine had positive effects on the level of serum BDNF, FA, Hcy in patients with schizophrenia.
