摘　　要：缺乏合适动物平台是神经退行性疾病研究受到阻碍的主要因素之一。秀丽隐杆线虫因其独特的结构和功能已成为生物学不同领域中常用的模式生物。线虫是第一个拥有完整基因组测序的多细胞生物,且与人类基因之间具有高度的保守性。它神经系统结构简单,但其神经元功能和神经递质与哺乳动物具有同源性,是研究神经退行性疾病的良好在体模型。临床治疗神经退行性疾病仍缺乏有效药物,许多现有药物疗效不佳且存在一定的不良反应,传统中药在这方面有着不可忽视的优势。将线虫模型用于神经退行性疾病研究及中药干预作用中具有重要意义。The lack of appropriate animal platform is the main factor that hinder the study of neurodegenerative diseases.Because of the unique structure and function of Caenorhabditis elegans（ C. elegans）,it has become a model organism in different fields of biology. C. elegans was the first multicellular organism that had the complete genome sequencing and with a high degree of conservation compared with human genes. Despite of simple nervous system,it was considered as a good model in vivo for neurodegenerative diseases due to the homology of neurons function and neurotransmitters between C. elegans and mammals. Lack of effective drugs is still a problem in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Many existing drugs showed poor curative effect and certain adverse reactions,while the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine can not be ignored. It would be of great importance of the application of C. elegans model in the study of neurodegenerative diseases and the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine.
