摘 要:针对四跨八支撑(2 N)和四跨五支撑(N+1)转子轴系通过临界共振区时振动过大的问题,设计了基于模糊比例-积分-微分(PID)主动控制的磁流变阻尼器;搭建2 N及N+1支撑四跨转子实验台,对比分析两种支撑方式的轴系振动特性,并将阻尼器引入轴系中,研究其对转子系统的振动控制效果.结果表明:N+1支撑轴系耦合较2 N支撑轴系强烈,易激起相邻转轴的振动.模糊PID控制程序可根据转子的振幅变化实时为阻尼器提供合适的控制电流,阻尼器可以有效抑制2 N及N+1支撑四跨转子轴系的振动,使轴系振幅控制在目标值范围内.In order to solve the problem associated with four-span eight-bearing rotors(2 N)and fourspan five-bearing rotors(N+1)with too large vibrations around the critical speed,a kind of magnetorheological damper based on fuzzy proportion integral differentiation(PID)control was designed.The2 Nand N+1supported four-span rotors benches were established to simulate the starting process and the vibration characteristics of 2 N and N+1supported rotor systems were studied.One magnetorheological damper was installed at each shaft and the effect of magneto-rheological dampers on rotor systems was investigated.The results show that the coupling of each shaft of N+1supported shafting is stronger and the vibration of adjoining shaft can be excited easily.The fuzzy PID controller can output appropriate control current for dampers according to the amplitude of rotors.The dampers can effectively suppress the vibrations of 2 Nand N+1supported four-span shafting and the amplitudes of rotors are controlled within the target range.
