摘 要:针对LED显示屏亮度显示不均这一问题,提出一种基于CCD相机的全彩LED显示屏亮度检测与校正算法.该算法使用CCD相机获取显示屏显示的图像,并通过数学形态学和大津法对图像进行去噪和阈值分割处理,确定LED灯点的中心位置,然后结合最小外接矩形与亮度相加法确定灯点的相对亮度值,最后计算出显示屏中各个灯点的三色校正系数矩阵.实验结果证明:该算法能够快速、有效地提高LED显示屏的亮度均匀性,从而改善显示屏的显示质量与延长显示屏的使用寿命.To solve the problem of uneven display brightness of the whole LED display,an algorithm of brightness detection and correction of full-color LED display based on CCD(charge-coupled device)camera was introduced in this paper.Images of the LED display were acquired by using a CCD camera.The center position of LED light was determined through threshold segmentation and denoising by using mathematical morphology and OTSU.And then the minimum bounding rectangle was combined with brightness phase addition to determine the relative brightness of the light spot.Finally,correction coefficient matrix of each light point were calculated.Experimental results show that this method can improve the LED display brightness uniformity quickly and effectively,thereby improving the quality of the display and increasing the life time of the display.
