摘 要:胃癌是一种常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤。近年来大量的研究表明维生素D及其类似物具有广泛的生物学作用,可阻止多种肿瘤的发生发展。流行病学资料及在体和离体动物实验均证实血清维生素D水平与胃癌的发生、分化、浸润及转移均密切相关。其机制可能涉及调控胃癌细胞周期、促进胃癌细胞的凋亡、抑制胃癌细胞的侵袭和转移、化疗药物的增敏作用等,本文主要就维生素D及其类似物抗胃癌作用及机制的研究进展进行了综述。Gastric carcinoma is a common digestive system malignant tumor. Many studies in recent years indicated that vitamin D or its analogues, have wide biological functions, and they can inhibit the occurrence and deterioration of varied tumors. The epidemiological data and in vivo or in vitro animal experiments have confirmed that the serum level of vitamin D is closely related to the occurrence, differentiation, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. The mechanism may involve regulating gastric cancer cell cycle, promoting apoptosis, inhibiting gastric cancer cell invasion and metastasis and sensibilizing chemotherapeutics. This paper focused on the anti-gastric carcinoma function and the underlying mechanism of vitamin D and its analogues.
