摘　　要：目的 探讨转录因子Sp1蛋白和凋亡蛋白抑制因子Survivin蛋白在子宫肉瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测90例子宫肉瘤患者（子宫肉瘤组）手术标本和30例正常子宫平滑肌标本（正常子宫平滑肌组）中Sp1蛋白和Survivin蛋白的表达,分析子宫肉瘤组中Sp1蛋白和Survivin蛋白的表达与病理类型、临床分期及分化程度的关系。结果①子宫肉瘤组中Sp1蛋白和Survivin蛋白的表达明显高于正常子宫平滑肌组（P〈0.05）。②在不同病理类型子宫肉瘤组中Sp1蛋白和Survivin蛋白的表达差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;Ⅲ-Ⅳ期子宫肉瘤中Sp1蛋白和Survivin蛋白的表达明显高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期（P〈0.05）;高度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤中Sp1蛋白和Survivin蛋白的表达明显高于低度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤（P〈0.05）。③Sp1蛋白和Survivin蛋白在子宫肉瘤中的表达呈正相关。结论 Sp1蛋白和Survivin蛋白在子宫肉瘤组织中的表达增高,与子宫肉瘤病理类型无明显关系,与疾病的恶性程度及临床分期相关。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of transcription factor Spl and Survivin in the uterine sarcoma. Methods The expression of Spl and Survivin protein was detected by SP immunohistoehemistry in the specimens of 90 cases of uterine sarcoma and 30 cases of normal uterine smooth muscle. The expressions of Spl and Survivin proteins in different pathological types, clinical stages and differentiation degrees of uterine sarcoma were compared, and the relationships between Spl and Survivin expressions were analyzed. Results ① The positive rates of Spl and Survivin expressions in uterine sarcoma were significantly higher than those in normal uterine smooth muscle tissue （P〈0.05）. ② In different types of uterine sarcoma, both Spl and Survivin expressions were similar （P〉0.05）. The expressions of Spl and survivin proteins in high grade of malignant endometrial stromal sarcoma were higher than those in low grade of uterine sarcoma （P 〈 0.05）. The expressions of Spl and Survivin in uterine sarcoma at stage III-IV were much higher than those at stage I - II （P〈0.05）. ③ The expressions of Spl and Survivin in uterine sarcoma were positively related. Conclusion The expressions of Spl and Survivin were upregulated in the uterine sarcoma. Such upregulation had no correlation with the pathological type, but were associated with the malignancy degree and clinical stage of uterine sarcoma.
