女性精神分裂症患者抗精神病药物用药情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的对女性精神分裂症患者应用抗精神病药物的用药情况进行分析。方法回顾性分析在2013年4月—2015年7月期间该院130例女性精神分裂症患者的病例资料,对其抗精神病药物的用药情况进行分析,观察其单一用药与联合用药的情况。结果在130例女性精神病患者中使用单一抗精神病药物者70例,占53.85%,其中利培酮与氯氮平最为常见,使用率分别为37.14%、48.57%,而齐拉西铜与奥氮平居第二,分别为4.29%、18.57%,泰尔登与氟哌啶醇使用率为2.86%、2.86%均均相对较少;联合抗精神病药物使用率为46.15%,其中利培酮联合氯氮平使用率最高,为46.67%,其次分别为阿立哌唑联合氯氮平30.00%,齐拉西酮联合氯氮平28.33%,氯氮平联合奥氮平26.67%。结论女性精神分裂症患者应用抗精神病药物一般以非典型的使用较多,药物使用剂量较少,其治疗多数以单一治疗为主。Objective To study and analyze the medication situation of antipsychotic drug in female patients with schizophrenia. Methods The case data of 130 cases of patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from April 2013 to July 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and the medical situation of antipsychotic drug was analyzed and surveyed, and all patients were female, and the single medication and combined medication were observed. Results In the 130 cases of female patients with mental disease, 70 cases were with single medication, accounting for 53.85%, and risperidone and clozapine were the most common, and the utilization rates were respectively 37.14% and 48.57%, while ziprasidone and olanzapine were the second, and the utilization rates were respectively 4.29% and 18.57%, the utilization rates of chlorprothixene and haloperidol were respectively 2.86% and 2.86%, and both were relatively few, and the utilization rate of combined antipsychotic drug was 46.15%, and the utilization rate of risperidone combined with clozapine was the highest（46.67%）, and the second were aripirazole combined with clozapine（30.00%）, ziprasidone combined with clozapine（28.33%） and clozapine combined with olanzapine（26.67%）. Conclusion Atypical utilization of antipsychotic drugs is more for female patients with schizophrenia, and the medication dosage is fewer, and the single treatment is the main.
