摘　　要：现代工业科学技术领域中,DCS控制系统得到广泛的应用,成为工业自动化的重要支柱,从而提高了工厂的技术装备水平;在DCS控制系统的设计过程中,根据工艺生产流程和控制点数、回路数确定控制系统的规模,根据规模选定相应的控制系统,进而确定网络结构、数据库容量、人机接口等配套设施,然后在工程师站上进行编程、组态,下装到操作员站,最后进行综合调试,完成一个完整的DCS系统设计过程。In modern times science and technology, DCS control system geted extensive application, It being importat pillar in the automatic industry, thus improve technical equipment level for factory; during designing process of distributed control system （DCS）, to start with, control system is selected according to the control demand, which is based on production process and the amount of control loops. Then network architecture, data--base capacity, man--machine interface and other facilities can be determined. Using engineer station to program, configure and download to operator station. After integrated debugging, a full distributed control system （DCS） design process is completed.
